LuKnox Farms is more than a farm — it's a mission to cultivate healthy food, strengthen community, and steward the land we've been given.
Our foundation is built on faith, family, and purpose.
We care for the land using natural, regenerative methods.
We grow more than food — we grow stronger neighbors.
Fresh, nutrient-dense produce for your family's table.
LuKnox Farms started with a simple conviction: that the land, cared for well, can nourish more than just the body. What began as a single family garden in Elk River, Minnesota has grown into a working farm devoted to fresh food, honest work, and a stronger community.
Every bed we till and every box we pack carries that same purpose forward — from our fields to your table.
